All of our trailers are fully
manufactured
locally in
Tasmania. Hence,
you
have the network
of our
local team should you decide
to implement
further
modifications.
All of our trailers come standard with a full RHS
chassis (not 'C' section), which is much
stronger and far more
resistant to twisting
and
warping.
We provide key-lockable handles on all trailer
doors and tool boxes.
Wherever there is an opening into the trailer, it is fully
sealed with high quality seals.
All chassis channel ends are fully covered with
welded ends to reduce the chance of dirt, grime, and water being able to get in and rusting the trailer.
There is a metal conduit running along the full
length of the chassis housing the electrical
wiring. Can't get
better protection than
that,
plus it looks so much
better than seeing
exposed wiring!
All of the trailer is thoroughly prepared and primed
before painting, plus you do have the
(very reasonably priced)
upgrade option of
sandblasting before priming.
You can choose exactly what colour the trailer
is painted.
There is an easy to use spring-lock on the rear of the
trailer, to lock the tail gate open. The side opening rear tailgate can be easily removed by unplugging the wiring, & lifting it off the hinges. (I have customised my tailgate to be able to convert to a table in my 'wash bay' area).The tailgate is closed with 2 lockable centre-over latches. This provides a better seal, creates more storage space inside, & acts as a double protection when travelling (ie if one latch comes undone during transit, the tailgate will still be closed because of the other latch).The jockey wheel is an easy-to-use fold up type,
for extra
convenience.
You can have a drawbar up to 1800mm long for no extra
cost, that's at least 300mm longer than
most.
All of our trailers are fully seam-welded
, which is much stronger and
totally sealed.
The trailer axle is made of 50 x 50 x 5mm
RHS. This is much lighter than a
solid axle, and less
likely
to bow, buckle, and
break.
The standard size of our camping trailers are 7 x 4 foot, much larger than many which are only 6 x 4 foot.The trailer sides are 620mm high, which is much
higher than usual.
The trailer sides are made of high quality steel,
1.6mm thick, and folded.
